Remember that Stream needs to be plugged into your TV. So if you’ve already got Virgin TV, and all the TVs in your home have a Virgin TV box, you’ll already be enjoying our top-notch service. If you’ve got a telly without Virgin TV, then add Stream to enjoy the benefits of a Smart TV (like accessing On Demand apps), rolled into the flexibility of extra entertainment subscriptions and over 40 free channels.
Get 10% credit back on the entertainment subscriptions you add to Stream. These include subscriptions for streaming services like Netflix and Disney+, as well as for extra TV channels, like Sky Sports and Essential Entertainment.
On your bill you'll see a charge for the full amount of each subscription you have, and then you'll see that we've applied a separate credit to give you 10% off all of your combined subscription fees. Credit will be applied every month, for as long as you have a subscription.
Click and Collect You’ll be kept up to date by Yodel, our courier. Once your order’s shipped they’ll send you an email, and another once it’s been delivered to your chosen collection point.
To pick up your delivery, take along your ID and the collection barcode in your email.
Once it’s been delivered, you’ll have 10 days to collect it. If you’re unable to pick it up within 10 days, it’ll be sent back to us and we’ll send you a refund.
Home delivery Yodel will email you with a code and tracking link once your order’s shipped. Click track your parcel and enter the code to get the latest delivery updates. You’ll also be able to make any changes to your delivery here.
When your parcel’s on its way to you, Yodel will send you an email or text with an estimated 2 hour delivery window.
Once it’s been delivered, you’ll be sent an email to let you know.

If you’re just getting Stream, we won’t been to install any Virgin Media cables. We’ll send you a Stream kit in post, and you’ll simply need to plug the Stream box into your telly.

When you add a subscription to Stream, you’ll get access to the content immediately, which means you’ll lose your 14-day right to cancel once you’ve purchased the subscription.
Different subscription may have different cancellation periods. These will be set out in the terms and conditions, but please read your subscription terms carefully.
The channels and features available with your chosen subscription are subject to change. The price of your subscriptions may also change at any time during your contract. You will be notified of any price increases if and when they happen, and we will try to do this at least 30 days in advance of the change.
From £6.99 a month. Stream customers new to Netflix can benefit from Stream discount. Stream discount requires you to add a Netflix subscription to your Virgin Media bill and pay by Direct Debit. Members of households with an existing or recent Netflix membership may not be eligible for the Stream discount.
Your Netflix subscription allows you to access content on the Netflix app. Netflix may change subscription plans and the price of the service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to Netflix subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. You can cancel your Netflix membership at any time and will continue to have access to the Netflix service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to your My Virgin Media account.
